The best features are the ones you don’t know are there, until you need them. Repeating events is one of them. In Ohanah repeating events are embeded troughout whole system, from event creation, to listings and ticketing.
Over the years, thanks to the feedback and inputs of our customers, we found a perfect way of tackling this complex task. Ohanah’s scheduling tool is capable of handling all kinds of complicated repeating rules in a simple and easy to understand way.
Repeating rules in human readable format
In Ohanah, you can schedule events to repeat daily, weekly or monthly. No matter how complicated the repeating rule is, you will always be able to tell if you get it right with a repeating summary.
Repeating events actions
There are things that you can do with events that are part of the series. Ohanah makes sure that you are always aware what you are doing, preventing accidental loss of data.
Actions that can be performed over a series of repeating events:
- Publish/Unpublish individual events in the series
- Copy individual event from the series
- Editing individual event (this action detach event from the series)
- Break apart series into set of individual events
- Batch editing
Batch editing - changing all events in the series in one go
Change title, edit the description or even add a ticket to all events in the series. This can be done easy since Ohanah will automatically hide parts that cannot be changed (date related data) and it will display a summary of whole series.
Tickets and registration
Although events in series share common data (title, description, ticket types, custom registration fields), each event has it’s own attendees list.
It’s easy for visitors to see available dates
If visitor opens first available date, but it doesn’t suit him/her, it’s very easy to pick some other date and purchase a ticket right away
Bring people together, again and again.
